OUR COTTAGES

​Granite Point's cottages are vintage, dating back to as early as 1930 (with Cottage 10 being even older).  Each cottage has its own personality and décor, all with fantastic lake views and nearly all being waterfront.  While waterfront, some cottages may be located on a bluff and an easy walk downhill to the beach.  We are a natural and historic outdoor environment, and we hope you appreciate it as such.

All cottages are equipped with showers, electric heat, and fully furnished kitchens.  We provide bedding (linens and a lightweight coverlet), and a set of towels for each guest. Please bring your own beach towels & toiletries.  ​Cottages may have visitors, but all visitors much purchase the day pass. Cottages do not have A/C or fans and provide an experience somewhere between camping and glamping, albeit with full kitchens, separate bedrooms, and modern bathrooms.

We do not charge additional cleaning fees, resort fees, or other hidden fees; but we do impose a minimum $500 damage fee if any guest is found to be smoking or have a pet in violation of Rules, and reserve teh right to immediately terminate their stay.

We are a Non-Smoking Resort, and while we adore pets, we do not allow them on site. All guests are subject to the Resort Policies, Rules & Regulations and our Waiver & Release.

Cottages rent only by the week mid-June through Labor Day, either Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday.  Outside of peak season, we have a two-night minimum.
